In this seminar once you understand what surviving is all
about, you will push your self to the next level of
Self-Defense. The danger is the same but your approach is
different. Heavy bags, medicine balls, kettle
bells and jump ropes are just a few of the tools used in
this class.

What You'll Learn |

class features a combination of strength training,
dynamic flexibility, and heavy bag work. The focus of
this class is to emphasize muscular strength and
cardiovascular endurance.

You will learn correct body alignment to maximize
efficiency, while refining to the
AWARE
technique through repetition, drills, and punch kick
combinations scenarios
