Program Desciption

In this seminar once you understand what surviving is all about, you will push your self to the next level of Self-Defense. The danger is the same but your approach is different. Heavy bags, medicine balls, kettle bells and jump ropes are just a few of the tools used in this class.

What You'll Learn
  • This class features a combination of strength training, dynamic flexibility, and heavy bag work. The focus of this class is to emphasize muscular strength and cardiovascular endurance.
  • You will learn correct body alignment to maximize efficiency, while refining to the AWARE technique through repetition, drills, and punch kick combinations scenarios
